Based on in-depth market knowledge, market value and loan-to-value appraisals are prepared for all asset classes, and rental price estimates are provided, for purchase and sale processes, as well as for financing, accounting, foreclosure, and tax purposes.
As a double-certified expert according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024, Ronny Kazyska prepares professional appraisals in accordance with the German Real Estate Valuation Ordinance (ImmoWertV) and the German Mortgage Lending Value Ordinance (BelWertV). For international clients, valuations can also be carried out using international methods – in particular the discounted cash flow (DCF) method.
