Ronny Kazyska holds a Master’s degree in real estate valuation and is certified as an expert in real estate valuation by both Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (izert) and HypZert, in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024.
The industry-established personnel certification confirms not only sound professional knowledge and several years of practical experience, but also personal suitability. HypZert, the largest certification body for property appraisers in Germany, has been in existence for over 25 years. The izert certification body of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is the first state-run certification body nationwide for individuals in the field of real estate valuation.
For foreign clients, additional valuations can be carried out using international valuation methods, in particular the internationally popular DCF method.
